How long will it take to receive my order?

All orders (domestic) take up to 2-3 days (Monday- Friday) to process and dispatch. After processing and dispatch, orders are immediately shipped out as priority which you should receive within 1-2 working days. 

International Orders take up to 2-3 days (Monday- Friday) to process and dispatch. Item should be received within 3-9 days after being dispatched (depending on country location)

What is waist training?

How long should I wear the trainer for?

It is recommended that for the first few days you wear your waist clincher for a maximum of 2-4 hours per day. This will allow your body to get used to it. After that you can wear it as long as you wish. Most customers have reported wearing it for 8-16 hours a day to help get the results desired.
